Over the summer of 2019, UMCOR and the Sager Brown Supply Depot began collaborating to deliver a surplus of more than 100,000 school kits to Native American school communities and educational institutions in need. Partnering with the Oklahoma Indian Missionary Conference, many students, especially those in remote locations, have been able to receive much needed supplies. Mark Twain Elementary School was the first of many Native American schools and communities to receive school kits.
