Cambodia: Emerging with hope

In the years following the killing of two million people during the Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia, the country has slowly emerged with hope from its scarred past. Through the efforts of several ministries including the Cambodia Methodist Bible School, Community Health Agriculture & Development Project (CHAD), Street Children’s Ministry, and the efforts of United Methodist missionaries, the emergence of Christian leaders, livelihood improvement and education is seen throughout the country’s most vulnerable populations.
