Describe the need affecting community
UMC Poland wants to continue and start to develop new partnerships with U.S. partner churches and start a new school program of ministry for each district to help train new leadership in the congregation and help in growing local churches.
How will this Advance project help to address the need?
Partnership program for churches of USA and Poland UMC and leadership training – school of ministry church development, growing. Most polish Methodist are small and poor congregations. UMC Poland has a good experience and fruits to be together in mission.
Describe the primary goal of the project
1. Build strong relationships and connections to be one international family in the UMC. 2. Transformation of the Polish church and congregation – new mission, new leaders and new perspective in one, in Christ and in the UMC.
